1. How do we ship orders?
We ship all orders via USPS Express Europe to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Your package will arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
2. Where do you ship to?
For now we ship only to countries withing the European Economic Area (EEA) . If you have a large order that you want to make outside of the EEA, contact us and we'll help you out!
3. What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are fixed for all orders inside the EEA, starting from €15
4. How are your clothes made?
Our ponchos, hats, belts, and other garments are handmade by skilled artisans from the Andes, including regions of Peru and Ecuador. Each piece is crafted using traditional methods and natural materials, ensuring authenticity and quality.
5. What materials do you use?
We use premium, natural materials like alpaca wool, sheep wool, and cotton. Many of our products are dyed with natural, eco-friendly dyes to preserve their vibrant colors and cultural heritage.
6. How do I care for my poncho or other garments?
To keep your items in excellent condition:
- Hand wash with cold water or use a delicate cycle on your washing machine.
- Use mild detergents without harsh chemicals.
- Lay flat to dry to avoid stretching the fabric.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
9. Do you offer custom orders?
